One of two adults at Speyside, Tobago, 16 October 2000 (photos A-B), and at Bon Accord, Tobago, 30 November 2002 (photos C-D). Photos © by Floyd Hayes (A-B) and Alvaro Jaramillo (C-D). First record for Tobago. Found by Newton George, these birds were first noted in Speyside on 6 September 2000.  Subsequently up to three have been seen at widely dispersed localities such as Little Tobago (2000), Mount Irvine (2001), Bacolet (2001), Bon Accord (2002), and Courland Bay (2002). Whether the widely dispersed sightings represent the same individuals, additional new colonists, or successfully fledged offspring (breeding has not been confirmed) remains uncertain.
