| One of two birds at Caroni Rice Fields, Trinidad, 1 October 2000. Photo © by Floyd Hayes. Third record for T&T and first documented. Found by Martyn Kenefick, this bird was not seen subsequently. The first for T&T was found at Buccoo Swamp, Tobago, by William Murphy and Adolphus James on 28 September 1990. The second was found in the Caroni Rice Fields, Trinidad, by Geoffrey Gomes and Floyd Hayes from 28 August to 12 September 1998. | |||||||||||||
